Federico Zampaglione dopo il suo esordio nel mondo del cinema con Nero Bifamiliare si rituffa in questa avventura confezionando un film horror (con l’aiuto di Roy Bava, nella speranza di invocare lo spirito del nonno), genere di punta della produzione nostrana negli anni ’70 e ’80 ma non propriamente in voga al giorno Today, supplanted by commediucole and fiction from peanuts. Ticker is a small little film of Action signed by Albert Pyun, a master of science fiction b-movies and kickboxerxploitation, starring actors like Tom Sizemore navigators, Dennis Hopper and Steven Seagal. Pyun certainly takes its typical elements and features of his repertoire, with its unmistakable hand of the track segments that border on melodramatic visibly out of context quite the farce. Sequences that, as already demonstrated in some of his earlier work as a Cyborg, be carried out strictly in slow and, with flashbacks, they form the background of the main characters.
